When I started lifting weights and joined a gym as a regular patron, I did not plan for a heavy muscle workout. However, I soon changed my plans after seeing the massive workout sessions done by other people in the gym. I started watching videos and reading magazines about muscle building and started doing heavy sets of workouts. I was unable to get some good muscles despite my best efforts in this regard. I needed a video demonstration of muscle workouts that could do wonders with my body. I was eager to start heavy exercise provided they are good enough for my body. When I bought P90X, I was not really sure about its significance. My perceptions were that it is another video product explaining some workouts. But when I did those workouts, I really saw some big differences in my body physique. I opted for the medium level exercises that were not too heavy for a beginner like me. I gradually built up the momentum of exercises instead of going for all of them at once. This strategy worked and help me in quickly building some good muscle mass. I am still following the tips on this video and seeing some great results.
